Tiny and T.I. have officially put the defamation lawsuit filed against them by former friend Sabrina Peterson in the past, as a judge has dismissed the case entirely.

Rolling Stone reports that Peterson was reprimanded in court on Monday (March 24), for what the judge called her inexcusable failure to push the case along.

Peterson originally sued the couple for defamation in 2021 after they denied her prior accusations that they had drugged and sexually abused multiple women. She also accused the Atlanta rapper of once holding a gun to her head in front of her kids.

Five of the seven claims were soon dismissed, and the couple then countersued for nearly six figures worth of court fees – and won in October 2023.

However, Peterson has yet to pay up on the $96k debt despite multiple court orders, which was a big topic in the courtroom on Monday.

According to the report, the Instagram influencer/business coach said she simply couldn’t afford the debt, but that she could begin to pay it back if the Harrises would accept $1,000/month until it’s paid off.

“It’s been 17 months and you haven’t paid a dime,” Judge Shultz said.

T.I. and Tiny’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, also added that Peterson has made “zero” atteJudge Shultz clearly agreed, as he said he was terminating the entire case and requested his clerk make sure the written order reflected Peterson’s lack of action.

“The case was filed March 1, 2021. It has now been four years and 23 days. The court finds that the plaintiff has failed to prosecute the case. The case is dismissed,” Shultz said.mpt to advance her own lawsuit and that there was no way the trial scheduled for June 9 for the remaining two claims could proceed.

Talking to Rolling Stone after, Peterson said: “I’m relieved it’s finally over. It’s fine. I’m tired. This has gone on for four or five years. I’m really tired.”
