Feds Want Longer Jail Sentence for Nicki Minaj’s Husband

Kenneth Petty, the husband of rap star Nicki Minaj, is embroiled in a serious legal fight as prosecutors want him to serve time in a prison facility instead of home confinement as his lawyers asked for.

According to reports, the U.S. Attorney’s Office has raised serious objections to a proposed sentence for Petty, who has pleaded guilty to not registering as a sex offender in the state of California. A white woman community college student from McCalla, Alabama, has just been arrested and charged for posting to social media her apparent desire to shoot Black people. Specifically, 20-year-old Sydney Angela Holder allegedly posted that she’ll “shoot a n***** in Walmart,” according to a statement by the Tuscaloosa County Branch of the NAACP.
