November is National Diabetes Awareness Month. Join Mr. Thomas, founder of Every Day Is Room 4 Improvement to find out how to remove the sugar from your body!  This is just one more step further for you and the A1C Challenge! As a survivor of diabetes, Mr. Thomas will share his story of diabetes, and help others become survivors of diabetes.North Minneapolis residents with diabetes can work with Mr. Thomas and reach their A1C goal.  A1C is an important tool in monitoring diabetes.  Participants will learn how small changes in their lifestyle can make a big difference in managing diabetes. Discussions held at Neon, 1007 West Broadway, Minneapolis, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays during November starting at 4 pm and 6 pm each day.
